Ulorin 70/30, i.e., Arginine Human Insulin Mixed Injection (30R), is generally not recommended to be combined with glucagon, and should be used under the guidance of a physician specializing in endocrinology and other specialties. Glucagon is a human insulin analog, which can maintain stable blood concentration for 24 hours after subcutaneous injection and produce long-lasting hypoglycemic effect. Glycoprotein Insulin Mixed Injection (30R) contains 30% conventional human insulin and 70% intermediate-acting human insulin, which has an onset of action at 0.5 hours after subcutaneous injection, with peak blood levels reached in 2 to 12 hours, and a glucose-lowering effect maintained for 16 to 18 hours. Therefore, insulin glargine may have an overlapping effect when combined with human insulin concentrate (30R), thereby increasing the risk of hypoglycemia. If patients are diagnosed with diabetes mellitus, they should consult regular hospitals in time and use glucose-lowering drugs under the guidance of specialists and in accordance with medical advice, and should not use or combine glucose-lowering drugs blindly or arbitrarily, so as not to increase the risk of hypoglycemia and other adverse consequences.
