Nucleic acid testing can be done after the nucleic acid can be vaccinated, and nucleic acid testing cannot be done within 48 hours of receiving the new crown vaccine. After sampling for nucleic acid testing has been completed and contraindications to vaccination have been ruled out, the vaccine can be administered as normal. Both nasal swabs and throat swabs, which only collect samples from prescribed sites through a sampler, do not cause other harm or infection with the New Crown virus, and therefore can be vaccinated normally. However, nucleic acid testing cannot be performed within 48 hours of completion of vaccination. Since the main components of the vaccine are inactivated New Coronavirus, nucleic acid testing immediately after vaccination may lead to false positive results and cause inconvenience to normal life. Nucleic acid testing needs to be performed 48 hours after completion of vaccination.
