People who should not use Liujunzi Pill

Six Gentlemen Pill is contraindicated in those who are allergic to Six Gentlemen Pill, caution for allergy sufferers, and is contraindicated in pregnant women. Liu Jun Zi Pill is composed of Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae (fried in bran), Poria, Semixia, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae Praeparatae (roasted with honey). It has the effect of tonifying the spleen, benefiting the vital energy, drying dampness and resolving phlegm (removing phlegm from the body with drugs that dry dampness). It is used in treating weak spleen and stomach, resulting in poor food intake, deficiency of qi and phlegm, abdominal distension and loose stools (thin and unformed feces). Avoid eating cold, greasy and indigestible food. Not applicable to Yin deficiency of the spleen and stomach (insufficient Yin fluid in the spleen and stomach), mainly manifested as dry mouth, red tongue with little fluid, and dry stool. Children, the elderly and the infirm should take it under the guidance of a physician.
