What does uterine displacement mean?

Uterine displacement is actually an abnormal pattern of the uterus, such as the presence of an abnormal anterior tilt of the uterus or an abnormal posterior tilt of the uterus. The normal position of the uterus is a slight anterior tilt, with the base of the uterus facing the pubic bone and an obtuse angle of 120-150 degrees between the cervix and the body of the uterus, but when the angle exceeds this range, the uterus is usually displaced. The presence of a displaced uterus has a certain degree of influence on normal conception, because only in a normal anterior position of the uterus is the cervical opening conducive to the gathering of sperm, which makes it easier to conceive, while an excessive anterior or posterior tilt of the uterus will cause sperm to gather at the cervical opening. In addition, most of the displaced uterus is accompanied by certain pathologies of other organs, which need to be further clarified by examination.
