Is a dark liquid area of the uterus pregnancy?

A dark fluid area in the uterus does not necessarily mean that you are pregnant, because it can be fluid in the uterine cavity, which may also show a dark area. Only the presence of a yolk sac in the dark fluid area or the presence of a germ and fetal heartbeat can be considered as pregnancy and a gestational sac. Usually, if the result of the urine early pregnancy test or blood HCG test is positive after more than 1 week of normal menstruation, then the dark area inside the uterus is more likely to be pregnant. However, if no germ or fetal heartbeat is seen in the dark area, it cannot be classified as pregnancy and it is necessary to consider a follow-up ultrasound in one week to make a definite diagnosis. If the yolk sac appears in the dark area, it can indicate pregnancy.
