Poor venous return in the lower limbs can lead to symptoms such as sleepiness, fatigue, soreness and edema, and superficial venous dilatation of the lower limbs. It can be relieved by leg lifting exercise, leg bending and leg stretching exercise and supine stirrup exercise.
1. Leg lifting exercise: take the supine position, lift both legs in turn and keep them down for 10 seconds. Rotating your legs can effectively relieve the symptoms of venous blood stagnation.
2. Flexion and extension: Lie on your back. Flex your legs first and then extend them in order to facilitate the circulation of venous blood and reduce the symptoms of venous stagnation and edema in the lower limbs.
3. Supine stirrups: Take the supine position and stir the legs back and forth in the air like riding a bicycle. This will help to improve the circulation in the lower limbs and relieve the symptoms of venous return obstruction in the lower limbs by contracting the leg muscles.
Patients can also jogging, swimming, cycling and other sports to promote blood circulation, reduce the lower limbs due to poor blood flow brought about by lower limb weakness and swelling and pain and other symptoms.
Patients can choose their own exercise methods under the guidance of physicians to avoid injury and achieve better exercise results.
