Breast 4a is clinically referred to as Breast Nodule 4a, which usually does not heal on its own. The full name for breast nodule 4a is BI-RADS grade 4a, which stands for Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System. Breast nodule 4a has the potential to be malignant and generally does not resolve on its own. 4a, 4b, and 4c represent low malignancy potential, moderate malignancy potential, and high malignancy potential, respectively, and a puncture or excisional biopsy is always recommended to clarify the nature. If breast nodule 4a is a benign lesion, surgical excision of the nodule can be done to avoid complications caused by gradual increase in the size of the nodule. If the puncture examination reveals a malignant category 4a breast nodule, such as breast cancer, comprehensive treatment such as surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy is required. It is recommended that patients with 4a breast nodules should go to the hospital in time for examination to clarify the nature of the nodule and take targeted treatment under the guidance of professional doctors.
