The swelling up behind the ear, generally the common clinical types of disease are mainly the following: a. After the nature of the lesion is clarified by ultrasound examination, complete surgical excision is recommended for patients with painful symptoms. If the size of the lipoma behind the ear is small and the patient has no obvious discomfort, close observation is not required for the time being.
