Physiological factors: If you have not had enough sleep recently, your body does not have enough nutrients, and your body is tired, it may lead to insufficient speaking qi, and it is also easy to be accompanied by symptoms such as loss of spirit, loss of appetite, and a poor complexion.
Spleen qi deficiency: If the diet is out of order, the body is overworked, prolonged worrying, or prolonged illness is not cured, it may damage the spleen qi, leading to spleen qi deficiency and symptoms such as insufficient speaking qi, bloating, loose stools, yellowish color (yellowish and lusterless), and emaciation of the body type.
Deficiency of heart and lung qi: If the patient has been sick for a long time, coughing and wheezing may deplete the qi of the heart and lungs, leading to deficiency of heart and lung qi; secondly, insufficient endowment (poor congenital constitution and functioning), old age and frailty are also prone to lead to deficiency of heart and lung qi of the patient, resulting in insufficient speaking qi, tightness in the chest, low voice and lazy speech, and a pale complexion.
