There are several stages of high-grade plasmacytoma

For women with endometrial cancer, the endometrium is usually removed and sent to pathology to determine the specific type of endometrial cancer, and high-grade plasmacytoma is one of the rare types of endometrial cancer. High-grade plasmacytoma is prone to deep basal infiltration and distant metastasis of abdominal lymphatic cavity, and the healing process is usually very poor. There are usually four stages of high-grade plasmacytoma. For stage I and II high-grade plasmacytoma, there is a hope that it can be cured after surgical resection. In case of stage III or IV endometrial cancer, because of local spread or distant metastasis, even if surgery is performed, there is no way to cure it completely, and generalized pain and abdominal distention and continuous irregular vaginal bleeding may appear soon.
