Gallbladder polyps can be treated by general treatment, medication and surgery. 1. General treatment: daily should eat less greasy food, strengthen exercise, obese patients should also reduce fat. 2. Drug treatment: bile acid salts and other drugs can be taken under the guidance of the doctor for treatment. 3. Surgical treatment: If the gallbladder polyps are small and no clinical symptoms appear, the size of the polyps should be observed regularly. If gallbladder polyps are large, with a diameter of more than 1cm, accompanied by pain in the right upper abdomen, nausea and vomiting, loss of appetite and other symptoms, and after excluding other lesions, surgical treatment is required. Surgery is laparoscopic cholecystectomy or open cholecystectomy. During the operation, it is better to do rapid section pathologic examination, if malignant lesions are found, according to what is seen during the operation and pathological examination, it should be decided whether to do hepatic resection and the scope of lymph node dissection.
