It is normal to have a small amount of bleeding from a TCT test. Because the instrument used for TCT is a small brush, which is relatively hard, this instrument needs to be brushed three times at the endocervix of women, so it will cause some damage to the endocervix, so most patients will have a small amount of vaginal bleeding after TCT, this bleeding is not much, usually 1-2 days will be completely clean, so patients do not need to worry too much, it does not mean that there must be lesions in the cervix. However, if the amount of vaginal bleeding is more and the bleeding lasts longer after the TCT of the cervix, it means that the patient may have abnormal local blood circulation. A very rich blood circulation means that there may be local lesions, which can be caused by inflammatory lesions, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia or cervical cancer.
