The correct way to visit a doctor for breast disease

Before going to the hospital, prepare medical records of previous visits (whether from our hospital or other hospitals), examination and laboratory reports, various x-rays, medication lists or prescriptions, and the outer packaging of any medications taken. If your medical history is long, you can write a brief description of your previous illness and treatment process, which will allow the doctor to understand your condition in the shortest possible time (after all, the average person only has 10 minutes of consultation time). 2. Prepare your medical record card, social security card (often forgotten in a corner of your wallet or handbag after registration and often takes a long time to find after entering the clinic), and previous medical records. 3, the narrative history should be comprehensive, accurate, concise. Start with the chief complaint, which is the most uncomfortable place, and then the time (when did it start). The doctor will then ask questions about the medical history, so please answer them one by one without interrupting the doctor. After the doctor finishes asking questions, you will be given time to add to your medical history. Sometimes, to save time, the doctor will ask for medical history while doing the examination, or even ask for medical history while writing the medical record after the physical examination is completed. 4.After taking a medical history and doing a preliminary physical examination, the doctor will sometimes recommend further tests. If you have already had similar tests, please explain this to the doctor and present the results of previous tests. If the doctor thinks that the test results are out of date, he/she may ask you to do the same test again, so please trust the doctor’s judgment. 5.Keeping your examination data and medical records is helpful for your future visits, which can reduce unnecessary costs and increase the correct rate of diagnosis.
