There may not necessarily be special signs one month before death in terminal cirrhosis. Some patients may show signs such as hepatic decompensation, gastrointestinal bleeding, hepatic encephalopathy, infectious shock, etc. The appearance of the above symptoms is also not necessarily a sign before death. 1. Hepatic decompensation: it can be manifested as nausea, abdominal distension, diarrhea, anorexia, fatigue, poor spirit, jaundice and other symptoms. 2. Gastrointestinal bleeding: due to portal hypertension can lead to rupture of esophagogastric fundal varices and cause vomiting blood, blood in the stool, the bleeding is relatively large and lasts for a long time will cause severe anemia. 3. Hepatic encephalopathy: it is related to various factors such as ammonia poisoning in the body and manifests as drowsiness, hallucination, tremor, coma and other symptoms. 4. Infectious shock: the end stage of liver cirrhosis may cause spontaneous peritonitis and systemic infection, resulting in infectious shock. In the terminal stage of liver cirrhosis, it is recommended to seek medical treatment in time and actively cooperate with the treatment to improve the quality of patient’s survival.
