With the deepening and development of minimally invasive technology, how to maximize minimally invasive on the basis of safety and efficacy is the hot spot of minimally invasive thoracic surgery in recent years, our department has followed the frontier of world medicine and started to select suitable patients for thoracoscopic lung segment resection since 2012, especially the elderly patients with relatively poor lung function reserve. Meanwhile, since 2012, our department has started to carry out single-operating hole and single-hole minimally invasive thoracoscopic surgery for pneumothorax, pleural nodules and wedge resection of pulmonary nodules, which has reduced the incision from the traditional 3 small incisions to 2 or even only 1 small incision, which not only reduces trauma but also meets the cosmetic needs of some patients, and we are now gradually expanding the application of this procedure, and believe that more and more patients will benefit!
