Stomach cancer population should not consume cured or accompanied by smoked, spicy, greasy and fried fish.
Dietary guidelines for tumor patients suggest that tumor populations need to limit or contraindicate fried, smoked and barbecued, spicy and stimulating, greasy and raw foods because these foods may contain carcinogens such as benzo(a)pyrene. Meanwhile, spicy and greasy foods tend to aggravate the burden of the gastrointestinal tract, which is not conducive to the absorption of nutrients by people with digestive tract abnormalities, and is not conducive to the recovery of the disease. Therefore, it is recommended that tumor patients should not consume this kind of fish.
In addition, it should be noted that pickled or smoked fish, due to long-term storage, may have elevated nitrite content, mold growth and other problems, which may aggravate the condition of cancer, and therefore should not be consumed.
Stomach cancer patients are advised to consume fresh fish, steamed or boiled, which is more conducive to good health.
