What are the latest treatment opportunities for patients with gastrointestinal mesenchymal tumors?

A domestic multicenter phase II clinical study of famitinib malate for the treatment of gastrointestinal mesenchymal tumors that have failed or are intolerant to prior gleevec. The targeted drug —- famitinib malate is a highly effective, multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor with more superior pharmacological and toxicological properties. The results of the phase I clinical trial showed that famitinib showed relatively good safety and tolerability in patients with advanced gastrointestinal mesenchymal tumors, with tolerable adverse effects. Patients with gastrointestinal mesenchymal tumor who meet the following criteria can be enrolled in the clinical study: 1, pathology of gastrointestinal mesenchymal tumor; 2, 18-75 years old with measurable lesions; 3, failure or intolerance of Gleevec therapy; 4, those who have not used other molecular targeted therapies such as sotan; 5, normal function of major organs. After enrollment, they will receive free famitinib treatment and free imaging.
