How to treat glomerular filtration rate 48 ml/min

Glomerular filtration rate can be staged for renal function impairment, filtration rate between 30~59ml/min belongs to stage 3 of chronic kidney disease, 48ml/min belongs to this range, which belongs to moderate impairment of renal function, with corresponding symptoms such as edema, ionic disorders, anemia and so on, and need to do standardized treatment, including drug therapy, renal replacement therapy and daily care.
1. Medication: If the patient is combined with hypertension, enalapril and chlorosartan can be used to lower the blood pressure; some of them may be accompanied by acidosis, sodium bicarbonate can be used; diuretics (furosemide, etc.) can be used to reduce the water-sodium retention and to promote the excretion of potassium; calcium carbonate can be supplemented to regulate the calcium-phosphorus metabolism; and iron can be supplemented to promote erythropoietin in the presence of renal anemia.
2. Renal replacement therapy: if the patient is combined with hyperkalemia which is difficult to be corrected by drugs, pulmonary edema, heart failure, etc., peritoneal dialysis or hemodialysis can be chosen to eliminate toxins and excess water in the body and stabilize electrolytes and internal environment.
3. Daily care: pay attention to reduce salt intake, low protein diet, pay attention to replenish vitamins and trace elements, avoid excessive intake of high potassium, high phosphorus, high purine food, pay attention to ensure sufficient rest, avoid overwork.
The above medication should be taken under the guidance of a physician, and should not be used without authorization, so as not to aggravate the condition.
If the glomerular filtration rate decreases, it is necessary to go to the regular hospital in time, and standardize the treatment under the guidance of the clinician.
