Hepatitis B e antibody of 1.01 PEIU/ml is not normal. An e antibody greater than 1 PEIU/ml indicates that the e antibody is positive or that the patient has been exposed to the hepatitis B virus in the past. Hepatitis B e antibody is a specific antibody produced when the body is stimulated by the hepatitis B virus, which indicates that the body has been infected with the hepatitis B virus and has no protective effect on the body. If hepatitis B e antibody is positive, its clinical significance needs to be analyzed in conjunction with other indicators in the hepatitis B 5 serological test. If the other four tests in the Hepatitis B 5 test are normal, no special treatment is usually needed. If hepatitis B virus core antibody positive and hepatitis B virus surface antigen positive are detected at the same time, it indicates that there is acute and chronic hepatitis B virus infection, which is prone to cause liver cirrhosis, hepatitis, liver fibrosis and liver cancer and other diseases. Patients need to go to the hospital for liver function tests and abdominal ultrasound, and review on time.
