Dislocation of the acromioclavicular joint is not uncommon in daily life. It is manifested by the upturning of the clavicular end of the acromioclavicular joint after dislocation, which affects the movement of the patient’s joint and is accompanied by pain. Although the joint is repositioned after surgery, patients often experience painful joint movement and need another surgery to remove the internal fixation, which increases the cost and aggravates the patient’s pain. By using a minimally invasive arthroscopic approach for rostral clavicular ligament augmentation, the joint can be well repositioned, and because it is a minimally invasive procedure, the patient quickly regains mobility after surgery and has a good appearance without the need for reoperation to remove it.
