What’s the Jing Xing Yu meridian?

The Jing Xing Yu Jing He, also known as the Five Loss Points, are the five acupoints of each meridian that are distributed below the knee and elbow joints. The locations of the five acupuncture points are distributed sequentially from the ends of the limbs to the elbow and knee joints. The well points are located at the ends of the limbs, mostly at the fingers and toes, and refer to the “source of water”, which is also a metaphor for the beginning of the meridian qi. Xing points are generally located in the hands and feet in front of the knuckles, referring to the “small water”, indicating that the meridian qi has a slight flow of water at the beginning. Losing points are generally located behind the knuckles of the hands and feet, and refer to “transmitting”, which means that the meridian qi gradually flourishes, from small to large. Meridian points are generally located in the forearms and shins, and refer to the “expanding flow of water”, indicating that the meridian qi is abundant, and that the meridian qi goes from shallow to deep. He acupoints are generally located near the elbow and knee joints and refer to “convergence”, indicating that the meridian qi converges deeply into the internal organs.
