How to treat rotator cuff shoulder injuries in women

Female rotator cuff shoulder injury can be given closed treatment, physiotherapy and surgery according to the condition. 1. Fresh incomplete rupture: abduction brace can be used for 3~4 weeks after braking for functional exercise, and closed treatment and physical therapy are feasible for those with pain. If conservative treatment fails and there is still pain, arthroscopic rotator cuff repair is feasible. 2. Total tear: for symptomatic rotator cuff tendon total tear and the combined existence of subacromial impingement factors, in addition to the elderly and frail, accompanied by serious medical diseases, should be early surgical treatment, usually using total arthroscopic suture repair. Patients with subacromial impingement syndrome should undergo acromioplasty at the same time. The postoperative period is supplemented by functional rehabilitation exercises (passive at first and active exercises after 6 weeks). If rotator cuff shoulder injury in women is diagnosed, early and standardized treatment is recommended to minimize the adverse effects of the disease.
