Craniotomy for cerebral hemorrhage

The common craniotomy methods are: 1) large bone flap craniotomy: to remove the hematoma and decide whether to return the bone flap according to the degree of brain tissue swelling; 2) sub-temporal muscle decompression: to remove a part of the skull under the temporal muscle to expand the brain tissue and relieve intracranial hypertension; 3) small bone window craniotomy: to decompress and eliminate the hematoma; 4) cone cranial (drill cranial) hematoma drainage: to eliminate the hematoma by drainage.
