How acne comes about

Acne belongs to mild acne, and its formation is related to androgen-induced sebum secretion, abnormal keratinization of follicular sebaceous gland ducts, and heredity.
1. Androgen-induced sebum secretion: Acne is most common during puberty, mainly due to the increased level of androgens or imbalance between the levels of androgens and estrogens in the body after puberty, which causes the sebaceous glands to function vigorously, leading to a large amount of sebum secretion, which can easily lead to the formation of acne.
2. Abnormal keratinization of follicular sebaceous gland ducts: Excessive keratinization of follicular sebaceous gland ducts will cause obstruction of sebum discharge, and sebum will be stagnant, forming acne.
3. Heredity: Acne is also genetically related, with a higher incidence in children of parents with a history of acne.
The formation of acne is also related to other factors, such as poor diet, bad habits and environmental factors, etc. Acne should be actively treated to minimize the adverse effects of the disease.
