Poor sleep and early awakening

Poor sleep and early awakening may be due to neurasthenia, which is easily caused by lack of sleep due to long-term overtime work or excessive physical and mental stress. Patients with neurasthenia may have difficulty sleeping at night, dizziness, headache, poor sleep at night or waking up early in the morning, etc. Poor sleep at night and early waking up may also be due to psychological factors, such as major stimulation the day before leading to nervous tension and high excitement, which can cause symptoms of poor sleep at night, inability to sleep and waking up early in the morning. Brain diseases can also cause poor sleep and early waking at night, such as cerebral blood supply deficiency and brain atrophy. Poor sleep and early waking can also be seen in patients with depression, which can lead to abnormal biorhythms, resulting in symptoms such as depressed mood, poor sleep, and poor mental status.
