Titazepam, i.e., Titazepam for Injection, is a new dual-targeted biological drug for active, autoantibody-positive adult patients with SLE who still have high disease activity on the basis of conventional treatment. SLE has a certain heterogeneity, and some patients are ineffective on hormonal and immunosuppressive treatments, with long-term recurrent exacerbations and poor prognosis. Through the dual-targeting effect on BLyS and APRIL, TETASIP for Injection can significantly improve the main clinical indicators of SLE patients, especially in combination with hormones and immunosuppressants, and can be used to improve the condition of lupus erythematosus in which the disease activity cannot be controlled by conventional treatments, or in which autoantibodies are positive at high titers. It is important for the treatment of lupus erythematosus. Titazepam has some side effects, such as respiratory and urinary tract infections, pain and swelling at the injection site. It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to the active ingredient or to any of the excipients of the product. Precautions: This product is not recommended for severe active central nervous system lupus, severe active lupus, HIV, hepatitis B or C infection, history of vital organ transplantation or hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. It is recommended to use TETASIP under the guidance of a professional rheumatologist and not for private use.
