Consistent with what happens in lymph node Cast]eman disease

Castleman’s disease of the lymph nodes is a clinical diagnosis in which the lesion is determined by a combination of tests to be the corresponding disease. Castleman’s disease is characterized by enlarged lymph nodes and fever, and is closely related to bacterial and viral infections and immunodeficiency. Firstly, through the imaging examination, it was found that the size of local lymph nodes was obviously enlarged, with smooth edges and clear demarcation from the surrounding tissues, so it was diagnosed as enlarged lymph nodes; and further pathological puncture biopsy found that it was hyperplastic lymphatic tissues. The final clinical diagnosis was consistent with Castleman’s disease. Apparent abdominal pain, lymph node enlargement, need to consult a doctor in a timely manner, identified as the corresponding condition can be dealt with most of the radical resection surgery, the majority of lesions can be applied to radiotherapy control (cyclophosphamide, etc.), the specific treatment plan needs to be standardized under the guidance of the clinician, to avoid self-induced blind treatment.
