When ultrasound examines the kidneys, if the echoes are slightly stronger in the parenchyma of both kidneys, it generally suggests that the subject may have acute or chronic kidney diseases. When the kidneys are in a healthy state, ultrasound shows normal echoes. If the patient suffers from acute or chronic renal diseases, such as acute glomerulonephritis, chronic glomerulonephritis, nephrotic syndrome, hypertensive nephropathy, diabetic nephropathy, membranous nephropathy and so on, the renal tissues will be fibrotic along with the progression of these diseases, and ultrasonography will show that the parenchyma of the kidneys has slightly stronger echoes. If the ultrasound examination found that both kidney parenchyma echogenicity is a little strong, it is recommended that the patient go to the hospital in time, follow the doctor’s instructions to improve the urine routine, renal function and other tests, to clarify the cause of the disease and symptomatic treatment, so as to avoid delaying the condition, resulting in adverse effects.
