What is early repolarization electrocardiogram

The early repolarization ECG mainly shows J-point elevation, mostly in the chest leads, and ST-segment elevation in the concave upward pattern, mostly in leads V1-V3. Early repolarization ECG looks like the ECG of acute myocardial infarction, so it is often misdiagnosed. Early repolarization ECG is an ECG manifestation of early repolarization syndrome, which is a congenital heart conduction or electrophysiological abnormality, not an organic heart disease, and most patients do not have any symptoms.
