The change in menstrual cycle, menstrual time and menstrual volume is clinically related to the cyclic secretion of estrogen and progesterone by the ovaries, and also to organic lesions. In clinical cases of submucosal fibroids or endometrial lesions, menstrual symptoms such as changes in menstrual cycle, menstrual time, menstrual volume, and menstrual color may occur. It is recommended that once menstrual changes occur clinically, timely checkups should be given to rule out the possibility of lesions through ultrasound, blood count, clotting time, and gynecological examination, and if abnormalities are found, menstrual regulation should be given accordingly according to the results.
