With the maturity and improvement of pediatric laparoscopic surgical operation technology, its advantages become more and more obvious: 1, small surgical trauma, fast recovery, and short hospitalization time. 2, small incision, minimal damage to the abdominal wall, inconspicuous postoperative scar, beautiful incision, avoiding the impact of incision scar on the psychological development of the child during growth. 3, because of the laparoscope’s clear magnification of the surgical field of view, so that the surgeon as if doing surgery under a magnifying glass, to facilitate the precise and accurate separation, hemostasis, ligation and suture operation, to better ensure the quality of surgery. 4.Observation of the abdominal cavity is comprehensive and multi-functional, allowing simultaneous treatment of coexisting lesions in the upper and lower abdomen.
