In vitro ultra-long protocol process and time

The process of IVF ultra-long protocol is to inject long-acting GnRH-a3.75mg on the second day of menstruation and another injection of long-acting GnRH-a3.75mg 28 days later, and observe FSH, LH, estrogen levels and follicle diameter after 14 days to see if the pituitary descending criteria are met, and if they have been met start Gn ovulation promotion. Alternatively, on the second day of menstruation, inject long-acting GnRH-a 3.75mg and start short-acting GnRH-a 0.1mg after 28 days while initiating Gn ovulation. Due to the deeper pituitary suppression of the ultra-long regimen, the dosage and time of Gn initiation is longer than other regimens, about 1-2 months for the whole process, mainly for patients with endometriosis and repeated implantation failure.
