Usually, the possible symptoms of urinary tract infection in women are related to the site and stage of infection: 1. Cystitis: the main symptoms are usually signs of urinary tract irritation, namely urinary frequency, urinary urgency, urinary pain, accompanied by discomfort on the pubic bone or perineal discomfort and burning sensation in the urethra of the affected women. In women with acute simple cystitis, positive leukocytes are usually seen in the urine and there is often urge incontinence, cloudy urine, hematuria throughout or hematuria at the end. Recurrent cystitis has basically the same symptoms as the former when it recurs; 2. The performance of chronic pyelonephritis is usually less typical, and with the development of the disease, low fever, frequent urination, and lumbar pain may appear. 3. Complex urinary tract infection: Some female patients have poor immunity or other underlying diseases, and the symptoms may not be obvious after the occurrence of urinary tract infection, or the symptoms may be more severe, or even the performance of bacteremia or sepsis. In addition, some female patients with urinary tract infections can not show any symptoms, only found in the examination of urine bacteria, clinically generally known as asymptomatic bacteriuria.
