Uric acid oxidase preparation is a kind of drug for the treatment of gout, and recombinant uric acid oxidase preparation (such as Lablixai for injection) is often used in the clinic. The representative drug of recombinant uric acid oxidase preparation is Labrylixa for injection, which can rapidly reduce uric acid, accelerate the dissolution of gout stones, and effectively control gouty attacks, reduce blood uric acid and so on. Uric acid oxidase preparation can directly oxidize and decompose uric acid into soluble allantoin, which is soluble in water and mainly excreted by kidney, and uric acid oxidase preparation can reduce blood uric acid level in the body. As a representative drug of recombinant uric acid oxidase preparation, Lablixa for Injection can catalyze the oxidation of poorly water-soluble uric acid into water-soluble inactive metabolite, allantoin, so as to achieve the effect of lowering blood uric acid level. Lablixa for Injection is indicated for the control of uric acid levels in pediatric patients with leukemia and lymphoma. The drug can cause severe hypersensitivity reactions, including rapid-onset allergic reactions and hemolysis. It is contraindicated in patients with a history of rapid-onset allergic reactions or severe hypersensitivity reactions to Lablixa or excipient components; in patients whose use of Lablixa has resulted in hemolytic reactions or methemoglobinemia; and in patients with glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency and other cellular metabolic disorders known to cause hemolytic anemia. Caution should be exercised when using this product in patients with a history of atopic allergic reactions. It is recommended that the above medications be used in accordance with medical advice and not self-administered to avoid adverse reactions.
