There is no such thing as the fastest way to recover from knee synovitis clinically. Synovitis of the knee can be treated with general therapy, medication and surgery under the guidance of a doctor to promote rapid recovery.
1. General treatment: bed rest and elevation of the affected limbs are recommended to reduce the burden on the joints and speed up the recovery; physiotherapy and joint rehabilitation exercises are also recommended to prevent muscle atrophy and loss of joint function.
2. Pharmacological treatment: NSAIDs can be applied to control inflammation and relieve pain, such as etoricoxib and celecoxib, etc. For synovitis secondary to moderate-to-severe osteoarthritis of the knee, methotrexate can be applied to reduce pain and improve the functional status of the knee joint.
3. Surgical treatment: When conservative treatment fails to relieve the pain, surgical treatment should be considered, such as arthroscopic synovial lesion removal.
It is recommended that when the organism develops knee synovitis, consult a doctor in time to find out the cause and standardize the treatment under the doctor’s guidance.
