Treatment of varicose veins

Common varicose veins include esophageal varices, saphenous varices, and varicose veins of the spermatic cord. In addition to daily maintenance treatment, surgery is the mainstay of curative treatment. 1. Esophagogastric fundal varices: first of all, medication is needed to control the primary diseases such as cirrhosis, and it is recommended to take surgical treatment such as shunt surgery and interruption of flow surgery according to the condition if necessary. Once the varicose vein ruptures and bleeds, it should be treated promptly with gastroscopy to stop bleeding. 2. Varicose saphenous veins: If the symptoms are mild, medical compression stockings can be worn first, which can slow down the progress of the symptoms. If the symptoms are severe, even with skin pigmentation and ulcers, early surgical treatment can be chosen, such as high saphenous vein ligation with intermittent stripping, saphenous vein laser closure, etc. After the surgery, elastic stockings should be used. After the operation, you need to use compression stockings, functional rehabilitation exercise and other dispositions. 3. Varicose vein: If the symptoms are mild, you can wear tight underwear to relieve the discomfort of swelling. If the symptoms are serious and even cause male infertility, you can do high spermatic vein ligation. If you have varicose veins, go to the hospital as soon as possible and let the doctor choose the treatment according to the degree of varicose veins.
