This drug is usually taken orally before meals, for patients with intestinal dysfunction and non-infectious diarrhea, 3 times a day, 2-3 capsules a time, symptoms may improve significantly after 1 week of treatment. For patients with a longer, more severe course of the disease, or a more desirable outcome, 4 weeks or more may be required. For trauma or surgical patients, 4 capsules 3 times a day, starting 3-4 days before surgery, will be more effective. Trauma and postoperative day 2 may be started for 2 weeks or longer depending on the condition.
