What is the location of the posterior basal segment of the lower lobe of the right lung?

The basal segment of the lower lobe of the right lung is found in the lower lobe of the right lung near the bronchial branches on the back. The lungs are located in the thoracic cavity on either side of the mediastinum and above the diaphragm, and are divided into the left and right lungs, with the right lung divided into the upper, middle and lower lobes. The lower lobe of the right lung is divided into the upper and basal segments. The basal segment of the lower lobe of the right lung is the lower part of the right lung, while the lower lobe of the right lung is divided into the medial basal segment, the anterior basal segment, the lateral basal segment, the posterior basal segment, and the dorsal segment of the lower lobe of the right lung. The inner basal segment is near the heart, the anterior basal segment is near the anterior chest, the outer basal segment is near the lateral chest, and the posterior basal segment is near the spine. Segmental bronchioles are branches of the lobar bronchioles, and each segmental bronchus, its branches, and the lung tissue to which it belongs together form a bronchopulmonary segment. If there is any disease related to the basal segment of the lower lobe of the right lung, the patient needs to go to the regular hospital for examination in time.
