Skin CT focuses on scanning lesions in the skin for diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Skin CT is reflective confocal microscopy, which utilizes the principle of confocal microscopic imaging to scan the area of skin lesions. In the case of progressive vitiligo, loss of integrity of the color ring can be found at the junction of the epidermis and dermis of the lesion, and the border with the surrounding normal skin is not clear, and highly refractive cells can be found around it. Vitiligo can also be clearly diagnosed by Wood’s lamp examination and dermoscopy. If diagnosed with vitiligo, it is recommended that standardized treatment be carried out as soon as possible to reduce the adverse effects of the disease.
