How to adjust for uterine retroversion and retroflexion

The uterus is usually not adjusted for posterior tilt and flexion, and there is no good way to adjust it. The uterus in a retroverted posterior flexion position may be physiologic is this position, or there may be a history of pelvic surgery that has resulted in this position due to pelvic adhesions. Regardless of the reason for its formation, there is usually no need for adjustment and no good way to do it. As long as the uterus is in its normal position within the pelvis, whether it is anteriorly tilted forward or posteriorly tilted backward, there is no need to do anything special, just let nature take its course. If you want to prepare for pregnancy, uterine retroversion and retroflexion does not necessarily affect pregnancy, women can prepare for pregnancy normally, and do not need to be burdened by this, to have a good state of mind, and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
