Ureteral tumor treatment

Patient: Description of condition (onset time, main symptoms, hospital visited, etc.): Does radical ureteral tumor require lymphatic dissection? Doctor: Ureteral tumor is often difficult to detect in early stage because of insidious symptoms. If the tumor is still in the plasma membrane, the prognosis of radical surgery is still relatively good, and regional lymph node dissection can be done to help judge the stage. If there is distant metastasis or tumor infiltrates the surrounding tissues, the value of debulking is not much.
