Children with stomach pain and recurrent fever may be related to appendicitis, intestinal tuberculosis, intestinal spasm and other diseases.
1. Appendicitis: abdominal pain is the main symptom of acute appendicitis in children, the typical performance of the first umbilical or epigastric discomfort, a few hours after the transfer to the right lower abdomen, the general early temperature of the child is slightly elevated, with the progression of the disease can soon rise to 38 ~ 39 ℃, the acute appendix can evolve into a chronic appendicitis, the emergence of recurrent pain in the right lower abdominal pain, or only a vague pain or discomfort, and so on.
2. Intestinal tuberculosis: there may be general manifestations of tuberculosis, such as low-grade fever, malaise, night sweats, poor appetite and digestive disorders, including loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension and so on. Abdominal pain can be paroxysmal in the umbilicus, periumbilical area, lower abdomen, especially the right lower abdomen.
3. Intestinal spasm: It is usually caused by a variety of factors such as improper diet and intestinal inflammation. The occurrence of intestinal spasms may cause the mucosal cells of the intestinal wall to be absorbed into the bloodstream, which can lead to recurrent fever if left untreated.
Children with stomach pain and recurrent fever may also have other causes, should go to the hospital in time, clear diagnosis, active treatment, so as not to delay the condition.
