The treatment of lowering uric acid is based on drug therapy, mainly including drugs that promote uric acid excretion, inhibit uric acid synthesis and promote uric acid decomposition.
1. Promote uric acid excretion drugs: patients can use benzbromarone and other drugs that promote uric acid decomposition to reduce uric acid. These drugs can inhibit the reabsorption of urate in the proximal renal tubules and promote uric acid excretion.
2. Inhibit uric acid synthesis drugs: patients can use allopurinol, febuxostat and other drugs to inhibit uric acid synthesis to reduce uric acid levels. These drugs can inhibit the enzyme xanthine oxidase, thus reducing the production of uric acid and lowering the level of blood uric acid.
3. Promote uric acid decomposition drugs: patients can use Labrylase and other drugs to promote uric acid decomposition. Labrylase can catalyze the oxidation of uric acid into more water-soluble allantoin to be excreted from the kidneys, thus reducing the level of uric acid in the body.
Patients with high uric acid are advised to go to the rheumatology and immunology departments of regular hospitals for consultation and treatment as prescribed by the doctor. Drugs should be used in accordance with medical advice, do not self-medication.
