The use of ketorolac, i.e. amiodarone hydrochloride, is 100~600mg/day, and the precautions are to monitor the liver function, thyroid function, electrocardiogram and so on. 1. Method of use: loading dose: usually 600mg a day, can be applied continuously for 8~10 days. Maintenance dosage: 100~400mg/day, due to the prolonged therapeutic effect of amiodarone, 200mg every other day or 100mg/day can be given. 2. Precautions: When using amiodarone, it is necessary to monitor the electrocardiogram, if there is second or third degree atrioventricular block, sinusoventricular block or two-branch block, the treatment should be suspended; test the liver function, amiodarone will increase transaminases; monitor the thyroid function, amiodarone causes abnormalities of the thyroid gland; in addition, amiodarone can not be used in conjunction with sotalol. 3. Adverse reactions: common adverse reactions to amiodarone hydrochloride can occur: nausea, vomiting, taste disorders, bradycardia, mauve or blue-gray hyperpigmentation, hypothyroidism, increased blood aminotransferases and/or jaundice, tremor, nighttime sleep disorders, and so on. 4. Contraindications: sinus bradycardia and sinus atrial block without an artificial pacemaker, sinus node disease without an artificial pacemaker, double or triple branch conduction block without an artificial pacemaker, hyperthyroidism, known hypersensitivity to iodine, amiodarone, pregnancy, circulatory failure, severe hypotension, intravenous injection is contraindicated in hypotension, severe respiratory failure, cardiomyopathy or heart failure, lactation. Taking amiodarone needs to be strictly under medical supervision.
