The first permanent molar erupts after the second molar at around 6 years of age, and at the age of 7~8 years old, the milk teeth usually start to fall out and are replaced by permanent teeth, which is a physiological phenomenon, and the chewing movement is conducive to the growth of teeth.

The specific length of time to grow teeth should be decided according to the actual situation of the child. If it takes more than six months, you can go to the hospital to take a picture to check whether there are permanent teeth underneath or whether the eruption of permanent teeth is blocked by other factors. If blocked by other factors, intervention treatment is needed.
