Treatment of cervicitis is mainly antibiotic drug therapy, which can be carried out with empirical antibiotic therapy and pathogen-specific antibiotics depending on the situation. Azithromycin 1 g, single oral dose, can be chosen for empirical antibiotic therapy. If the pathogen has been detected, such as cervicitis due to Neisseria gonorrhoeae alone has been detected, ceftriaxone sodium 250 p.p., single intramuscular injection can be selected for treatment. If it is due to Chlamydia trachomatis infection, treatment can be chosen fromloxacin 300 p.p.m. twice daily for 7 days. If there is a combination of bacterial vaginitis, it needs to be treated at the same time, otherwise it will lead to the persistence of cervicitis. If the cervicitis is due to Chlamydia trachomatis and Neisseria gonorrhoeae, their sexual partners should be examined and treated accordingly.
