Generally speaking, men can moxibrate Shimen acupoint.
Shimen acupoint, acupoint of Ren Chakra is located in the lower abdomen of the human body, on the anterior center line, when the umbilicus is 2 inches below the center of the umbilicus. It is used for treating abdominal distension, ejaculation (diarrhea), pain in the navel, edema, dysuria (unsmooth urination), spermatorrhea, impotence, amenorrhea, diarrhea, disintegration (excessive menstrual flow or dribbling), and post-partum discharge. This point does not specifically refer to men or women, so men can also moxibe this point.
In addition, Shimen is often combined with Guilai to treat hernia and menstrual disorders; with Shangqiu to treat firmness and pain in the lesser abdomen; and with Qihai to treat deficiency of the lower element and leakage in collapses. But note that pregnant women should be cautious.
