What is the difference between Nasal Abyssal Oral Liquid and Nasal Abyssal Tonic?

The difference between Nasonegative Oral Liquid and Nasonegative Pellets is mainly in the composition of the drug, efficacy and main treatment. They are both proprietary Chinese medicines, and their effects are to disperse wind-heat and clear the nasal orifices. However, due to the slight difference in the composition of the drugs, the efficacy of the main treatment is also different. The main effect is to disperse wind and heat (evacuate exogenous wind-heat), dispel dampness and open the orifices, and treat rhinitis and sinusitis caused by wind-heat in the lungs and heat in the gallbladder. The adverse reactions and contraindications of Nasobuchuoshu Oral Liquid are not clear at present. Nasobuchongtongjiao granules by Xinyi, Cang Erzi, ephedra, dahuric dahurica and other traditional Chinese medicines, the main effect is to dredge the wind and clear the heat, promote the lungs and pass the orifices, mostly used to treat the lungs caused by external evils caused by the acute nasal abyss (acute sinusitis), the clinical manifestations of the forehead or zygomatic bone pressure and pain, nasal congestion, or headache, or fever, mucous yellow or mucous white and other runny nose. Nasobuchongtongqiao granules after taking drugs occasionally have diarrhea and other adverse reactions, contraindications are not clear. Both of them have the ability to remove wind and clear away heat, and promote nasal orifices, but Nasi Yuan Shu Oral Liquid contains drugs such as Chai Hu and Platycodonopsis, which have stronger efficacy of removing wind, promoting lungs and draining pus. Nasobuchongtongxiao Granules contains drugs such as forsythia and chrysanthemum, which are more effective in clearing heat and cooling blood (relieving blood heat by clearing heat) and detoxifying the toxin. Although the oral solution and the granules have the effect of dispersing wind-heat and clearing the nasal orifices, they are slightly different, and the specific use of them should be decided by the doctor according to the actual condition, and should not be used on one’s own.
