What causes cramp-like pain in the arm

Possible causes of arm cramp-like pain include soft tissue injury, frozen shoulder, cervical spondylosis and so on. 1. Soft tissue injury: arm cramps like pain, may be due to intense exercise or stretching, resulting in arm area fascia, muscles and other soft tissue damage, causing muscle, fascia spasm. 2. Frozen shoulder: If the patient suffers from frozen shoulder, it will lead to adhesion and contracture of the joint capsule and ligaments around the shoulder joint, which will cause pain like arm cramp when lifting the shoulder. 3. Cervical spondylosis: patients with radiculopathy will experience arm cramps after acute compression of the nerve roots, which will cause symptoms such as decreased conductivity and nerve root spasms. There may be other causes of arm cramps, so we suggest that patients go to the hospital in time to improve the examination, to clarify the cause of the disease, and then under the guidance of the doctor for targeted treatment or therapy.
