The right way to do exhaust exercises for children

The correct method of children’s ventilatory exercise needs to choose the right time, generally recommended to be carried out one hour before the child’s milk, or two hours after the milk. The steps are as follows:
1. Take the navel as the center and gently stroke the palm of your hand clockwise. Repeat for four to eight rounds.
2. Alternate downward strokes with both hands, to eight beats as a group, do three groups; both hands simultaneously downward strokes, to eight beats as a group, do three groups;
3. Alternate legs to the abdomen curled up to eight beats as a group, do three groups; legs at the same time to the abdomen curled up to eight beats as a group, do three groups;
4. Get along with one hand and one knee crossed to eight beats for a group, do two groups;
5. Vertical legs, squeeze the abdomen, to eight beats as a group, do two groups.
When the child’s abdominal distension is more serious, it is not recommended to deal with it at home, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time to find out the cause.
